Contact The Georgia School of Real Estate if you are interested in beginning a career in real estate. We are happy to answer any questions about the process of becoming a licensed agent. We can point you in the right direction for which course you will need to take, the amount of time and resources you’ll need to invest in the process and tips and pointers to help you study for the examinations.
Licensed agents can call to discuss continuing education requirements. All agents need to finish their Post Licensing course within the first year and maintain adequate credit hours to keep an active status. We will gladly discuss each agents goals to complete their education within the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s allotted timelines as well as the local Savannah Board of Realtors requirements. We will teach you to track your credit hours and advise which CE package will be appropriate for your individual needs.
Did your course expire before you completed all the lessons? No worries, call us and we will be happy to process a 60-day extension. Did you finish all your course materials and are wondering what’s next? Call us to schedule an exam. We are also available to current students to answer questions regarding content within your class. If you have specific questions about a lesson or a topic within a lesson, we will have an instructor explain the idea in another approachable way so that you understand all of the course subject matter.
