75 Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing course is the first step in beginning a real estate career. This course will extend over 3 months and run every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6pm – 10pm. Students can only miss 2 classes, and we highly recommend making up the classes to go over the missed material. This course will include a midterm exam to evaluate progress. The cost of the course is $450 and includes the textbook as well as the final proctored examination. There are only two opportunities to take the final exam and it must be passed with a 75% or higher.
