The following scholarship is available to select qualified applicants interested in pursuing a full or part-time career in Real Estate in the state of Georgia:

Career Advancement Scholarship

The Georgia School of Real Estate Career Advancement Scholarship is valued at over $6,000 and will be awarded up to five applicants in each academic in-class course. The scholarship will be paid in the form of free tuition for the 75-Hour Georgia Pre-License course (the required course to get your Real Estate License), cram course, books, and all material needed for the course. Upon successfully completing the 75-Hour Georgia Pre-License course the scholarship will continue to include two years of financial support including free continuing education courses, designation course, marketing, mentoring and more which will aid in the jumpstart and running of your new Real Estate career. In order to be considered for the Career Advancement Scholarship the following qualifications must be met:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a high school graduate or the holder of a certificate of equivalency.
  • Must be a resident of the State of Georgia.
  • A criminal history report will be required by AMP testing center prior to receiving a license. If the report indicates any crime convictions or sanctions by any licensing or regulatory agency, then an investigation will begin and it will be decided whether or not to issue a license.
  • Must be motivated and committed to successfully completing the 75-Hour

Georgia Pre-License Course by meeting attendance requirements, adequately studying and by being prepared to pass the final exam.

Applicants interested in the Career Advancement Scholarship should submit the Scholarship Application to be considered for the next course offered. This Scholarship is only offered for the in-class course offered by The Georgia School of Real Estate. A scholarship will be awarded based on the applicant’s indication of interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry as stated upon their application. Only ten applicants will be contacted per course. An interview will be scheduled and up to five applicants that meet the qualifications will be awarded the Career Advancement Scholarship.
