The Georgia Broker Pre-Licensing Course is designed for the licensee interested in opening a brokerage office, or just developing management skills necessary to operate a real estate office.  The 60-Hour Online Course also addresses brokerage management with additional lessons on office operations, broker responsibilities, mortgage fraud, financial management and government regulations. One is required to hold an active Salespersons License for three years in order to be eligible.  It is designed to refresh a licensee’s knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate by reviewing the salesperson’s pre-license course.  Students who pass the final exam will be qualified to take the Georgia Broker Exam.
